Portfolio: Chicago Detours
Brief:
Amanda, the executive director of Chicago Detours, hired me because she wanted someone “more like an artist”, and this here portfolio proved that to her. She wanted to redesign her website using an art decor style; with images overlapping elements; with un-ordinary pattern flows; with distinct typography and something out-of-the-box and definitely not corporate.
So I set to work and designed (with her input) what you see here, then built it all out in WordPress. See Amanda’s testimony below.
Tasks Performed:
Web Design
WordPress Build.
Responsive Development.
Lawrie made our new site look both fun and professional. We wanted specifically someone who had an artistic eye and were not disappointed! Thank you!
