Portfolio: Too Easy Transfers
Overview
Too Easy Transfers is a private transfer service specialising in mountain bikers, surfers, golfers and group adventurers across the Sunshine Coast, Gympie and Gold Coast. The brief called for something almost the opposite of a typical corporate transport site: personality first, logistics second. The challenge was capturing a laid-back, “where the fun begins” energy while still doing the unglamorous job of converting visitors into bookings.
Design approach
Hero and tone. A golden-hour photo shot through a moving vehicle’s windscreen sets the mood immediately — motion, warmth, adventure. A handwritten-style script (“Where the fun begins!”) sits against bold sans-serif headings, giving the brand a friendly, personal voice without tipping into unprofessional.
Colour and shape. A deep teal and near-black palette is lifted by a bright mint-green accent used consistently for CTAs and checkmarks. Soft, organic curved section dividers (rather than hard rectangular breaks) reinforce the relaxed, coastal feel throughout the page.
Content structure. The page moves from an emotional hook (hero) into practical reassurance (“Why choose us” — private groups, flexible booking, local knowledge), then into a clear six-service grid with photography matched to each activity (mountain biking, airport transfers, surf trips, golf, groups, custom). A dedicated “Where We Go” band reinforces service area, which matters a lot for a location-bound booking decision.
Challenges
Personality vs. conversion. The playful script font and casual copy needed to coexist with clear, repeated calls to action (Book now, Enquire now, Start your booking) — balancing brand charm against the practical need to keep booking always one click away.
Photography consistency. Six service tiles meant sourcing imagery that felt cohesive in lighting and tone (mostly golden hour or overcast coastal light) despite covering very different activities, so the grid reads as one brand rather than six stock photos.
Niche audience clarity. The service isn’t a generic taxi — it’s built around bike trailers, surfboard storage and group capacity. Icon-led checklists throughout make these practical differentiators scannable rather than buried in marketing copy.
Outcome
A site that feels like the brand’s personality — fun, local, a little cheeky — while never losing sight of the booking funnel, with service-area and capability details clear enough for a first-time visitor to book with confidence.
